Operations

Hero is open by appointment Mon to Fri 10am -4pm

 

Day to day operations require clients [costume designers, their buyers, stylists for TVC’s and stills] to make an appointment to source the items they require, These are checked for barcodes, scanned and invoiced. Dependent on the size and nature of the production this process may take a few minutes up to a week.

 

Hire periods are 2 weeks for TVCs and 8 weeks for production hire. Charge is per item.

Costumes must be returned cleaned and ready for their next hire.

We will require production company details and ABN.

​

We will request product details in order to comply with our company ethics policy.

 

Please note we do not hire for theatre, events or personal use.
